And during the and after the Vietnam war. All the Arab Israeli wars gave America the chance to test them out and make sure they work, make improvements etc…

"Belysning som kan forårsake plager
Det er ifølge NTNUs Lys og Farge-senter godt kjent at dårlig belysning kan forårsake plager som irritasjon av øynene, hodepine eller konsentrasjonsproblemer, det kan være flere grunner til det:
- Blending, det vil si sterkt lys fra lyskilder eller lamper direkte på øynene er ikke sunt. Blending kan være synsnedsettende eller i mildere form kan skape ubehag og dermed konsentrasjonsproblemer eller reduksjon av motivasjon for å jobbe/lese, indirekte kan dette føre til redusert trivsel.
- Flimring som kan også forårsake migrene eller, i verste fall, epileptisk anfall (bare for de som har denne diagnosen) flimring oppstår for noen LED-lamper.
- Store kontraster i synsfeltet er ikke bra heller, øynene må adaptere til lavt og høyt lysnivå vekselsvis, slitsom på sikt, risiko for hodepine og konsentrasjonsvansker er opplagt.
- For lavt lysnivå er ikke bra heller siden øynene vil måtte anstrenge seg for mye og lesehastighet og leseglede blir redusert, noe som kan også ha konsekvenser for konsentrasjon.
- I tillegg kan lyskilder som ikke har UV-beskyttelse forårsake høy eksponering av øynene for UV-stråling, noe som på sikt kan føre til redusert syn.

Videoen er tatt ca 3,5 mil vest for vindkraftverket i Odal.
De lyser opp hele åsen 24/7 og er synlig i mange mils omkrets. Infralyden når også mange mil, sies det, og forårsaker nok mye helseproblemer rundt om. Og dyr og fugler skal også leve sine liv og orientere seg oppe i dette her. Tragisk!
